Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GenesisAiPro LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the services immediately ends.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
